COMPANY PROFILE
SMD parts are mounted on four SAMSUNG (now HANWHA) machines. We solder in vapor brazing machines or in a convection oven with a reflow system.
Shaping, fitting and cutting of components is done by hand in separate jigs. Soldering is done by machine wave or in selective soldering machines. Additionally by hand.
Optical inspection of SMD components is performed in the 3D AOI equipment from KOH YOUNG. THT inspection of components is done manually using microscopes.
Revival and adjustment of the boards is realized according to customer requirements.
Our company manufactures electronics for various industrial sectors.
According to customer requirements, we also do the finishing of products, including installation in enclosures and cabling.
